Partner FAQs
How does the partner discount work?
Supporters use your partner code at checkout to save the agreed discount on the annual subscription. We allocate the agreed share of net receipts (after VAT and payment processing fees) to your organisation.
Is this a donation made by the customer?
No. The allocation is made by Is Everyone Safe Limited under our partnership agreement. Customers receive a discount, and we allocate a share of net receipts to the partner.
How often are payouts made?
We pay quarterly once the allocation total reaches the agreed minimum (default £100). The threshold is a trigger only — once reached, we pay the full accumulated allocation (not just the amount above £100). Reporting includes subscription count, VAT, fees, and net receipts.
Do you share supporter data with partners?
No. We only share aggregated reporting and never disclose supporter personal data.
Can we pause or exit the partnership?
Yes. Partners can disable new redemptions with 30 days’ notice (or immediately in the event of a material breach).
