Do I need to purchase QR tags from you?
No! You can purchase QR tags from any retailer or print your own. Our service provides the platform for item registration and reunification - the physical tags can come from anywhere.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial years.
How do charity discounts work?
If your charity participates, you'll receive a charity code to apply during signup, or you can select your charity at checkout. The agreed annual discount stays active for every renewal while you keep the same charity selected. We allocate the agreed share of net receipts from your discounted subscription to your chosen charity. You can change your charity within 30 days of renewal in your subscription settings.
Is there a limit to how many items I can register?
No! All plans include unlimited item registration. Register everything from keys and wallets to luggage and equipment.
